It's an easy way to lose weight and still enjoy life. I've lost over 120 pounds and like you, battle emotional eating - I even wrote a blog post on it a few months ago. Would love to swap stories sometime. Stay focused, you can do this!!!! Best of luck!!!Liz Taylorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03543232231468428420noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7455293446465804.post-88401745014829657852011-06-08T14:13:03.909-07:002011-06-08T14:13:03.909-07:00Hey there! I could have lost more but there are some weeks when I just felt like eating crappy. I started to keep track of calories last week, but felt it was easier to keep doing the points. We all have to do what works for us.

Good luck and I know we'll all do GREAT this summer :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7455293446465804.post-59346195091505136482011-06-08T12:54:01.812-07:002011-06-08T12:54:01.812-07:00I'm keeping track of everything in livestrong....I'm keeping track of everything in livestrong.com

I lost 83 pounds before just making some healthy changes so I'm doing the same thing again and cutting out sugar and night time snacking, etc. Hopefully, I won't sabotage myself this time (even though last time it was really the fault of my dad's homemade oatmeal raisin cookies--they were the beginning of my downfall...)LOLEmpty Nesterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14060983954463697344noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7455293446465804.post-6214268874684765242011-06-08T12:45:45.833-07:002011-06-08T12:45:45.833-07:00I did WW and it was OK. We are all smart people and can do what's right but the points seem to add another layer of accountability which I know I need sometimes (a lot of times...). I will have a hodge podge of stuff on my blog about the challenge and what I'm eating but on weigh-in days, Mondays, I will post in relation to the calories, etc. As long as we are all supporting each other, we should be fine. Best of luck!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7455293446465804.post-46051835382971992162011-06-08T11:32:15.350-07:002011-06-08T11:32:15.350-07:00I love Weight Watchers, but I always quit because ...I love Weight Watchers, but I always quit because it was too easy. It seems easier that way. :) I'm tracking all my stuff through SparkPeople.com then transferring the calories in/out and water for each day over to a weekly post.

I've thought about doing WW, but the points thing kinda turns me off. I seem to do better with calorie counting. Like they say, not for everyone. But, I wish you the best of luck! Look forward to your Week One results. :)Brandi.https://www.blogger.com/profile/06741620566897447437noreply@blogger.com
